The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility. increased muscle strength and tone,
particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body)
and balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body.
THIS IS YOUR TIME TO STRETCH, BEND AND UNWIND
What to wear
Loose or stretchy clothes that are comfortable, cool and allow you to move freely are best.
Pilates is done barefoot.
What to bring
Please bring along a mat to your session. All other equipment is provided.
