What to wear
Loose or stretchy clothes that are comfortable, cool and allow you to move freely are best.
Pilates is done barefoot.
What to bring
Please bring along a mat to your session. All other equipment is provided.
Feel free to arrive 10 minutes early to relax and unwind with our Spiky Balls.
They are a great way to massage your back and unwind before we start class.
