GROUP TRAINING WITH A DIFFERENCE

  

This class is designed to be flexible and fun. It’s the same program as the evening girls but with a little more freedom to move. Great for mums after dropping the kids off to school or mums with bubs who need to work at their own pace. Ladies who are foot loose and fancy free I will be watching you and moving you a little quicker ;)

  

Do I need to be fit to come along?

Not at all. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Ladies are encouraged to work at their own pace and most of all enjoy your session.

  

What does the class involve?

Being a Mum can be demanding so each class aims to release stress and improve

your posture, balance, core strength, flexibility, pelvic floor and cardio fitness. 

  

Can I train without children?

Absolutely

  

What do I need to bring?

All equipment is provided you just need to bring along a bottle of water and snacks for your little ones.

  

Where do we train?

When the weather is lovely we train outdoors in the park to enjoy the many benefits of outdoor training and to stimulate the little ones. On rainy and windy days we have an indoor location available to keep dry while we exercise.
