This 6 week booty camp course is ideal for those of you who have had a long break from exercise and are keen to hook back into it, or for others who have always intended to get started but never knew where to begin.

This program will allow you to establish an exercise routine with simple, straightforward workouts that will progress every week. It features friendly, women-only classes that are "stuffy gym" free, because we prefer to bust out the fitness magic in the fresh air and is the perfect stepping stone towards continuing your fitness journey with other regular group classes that are available through Amaranti's Personal Training.
